Former Cop Indicted on Rape Charge: Roundup

Bedford man indicted on child rape charges, former Concord man indicted on drug, drug den charges, and Hooksett man indicted for burglary.

MANCHESTER, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North.

Jesse Longden, 31, pictured lower center, of Summit Drive in Manchester, for felony burglary, felony receiving stolen property ($1,000 to $1,500), attempted theft by deception, felon in possession of a dangerous weapon, and theft by deception. On Nov. 3, 2016, he allegedly burglarized a Silver Street home in Manchester, obtained video game consoles and games, and received $250 in cash for pawning items. On Nov. 8, 2016, he was allegedly in possession of nunchucks, after already being convicted of a felony in the past, and attempted to pawn other items that were not his, according to the indictment.

Michael MacMaster, 35, pictured lower right, of Cartier Street in Manchester, formerly of Concord, for four felony possession of a controlled drug-Buprenorphine, hydrocodone, Oxycodone, Clonazepam, and felony common nuisance, for allegedly running a drug den on Cartier Street in Manchester.

Abdiraham Malin, 21, pictured upper right, of Agnes Street in Manchester, for felony robbery, for allegedly strong arming a woman and stealing her purse on Sept. 8, 2016, in Manchester.

George Mallios, 46, pictured lower left, of Liberty Hill Road in Bedford, for aggravated felonious sexual assault and two counts of interception and disclosure of telecommunication or oral communications prohibited, all felonies. In January 2015, he allegedly raped a woman. Between July and August 2015, he allegedly gave a guardian ad litem a recording of the woman without her permission.

Jeremy Matos, 24, of West Stearns Avenue in Hooksett, for felony burglary, for allegedly burglarizing a Hanover Street location in Manchester on Aug. 30, 2016.

Samantha McGrath, 24, of Beech Street in Manchester, for felony possession of a controlled drug-crack cocaine, allegedly on Sept. 28, 2016, in Manchester.

Charles Morrison, 53, of Douglas Street in Manchester, for first-degree assault, a felony, allegedly between May 1, and June 30, 2016. The indictment alleges that he slashed another person in the fact with a sharp instrument.

Ryan O’Day, 26, of Millstone Terrace in Bedford, for falsifying physical evidence and perjury. On July 22, 2015, in Manchester, he allegedly removed a baseball bat he had used to assault another person and then, on Nov. 20, 2015, in Manchester, reportedly gave a false statement to a grand jury.

Sonia Komarnitzky, 38, of Harvard Street in Manchester, on two felony counts of domestic violence-criminal threatening, for allegedly grabbing a knife and threatening two relatives by saying, “I’ll stick this in you and slit your throat and watch you all bleed” or words to that effect, according to the indictment.

Frantz Pierre, 48, of Buzzell Street in Manchester, for 11 felony counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault and a single felonious sexual assault charge. From September 2000 to December 2004, he allegedly raped and fondled a girl under 13.
