(Bedford, NH –July 9, 2013) Frederick’s Pastries has been selected by the readers of New Hampshire’s

Union Leader as “Best of Cakes and Wedding Cakes 2013”. The winners, who were selected in an online

and print poll, were listed in the Union Leader Readers’ Choice Winners special issue.

“We are truly honored to be recognized by the readers of New Hampshire’s Union Leader” says Susan

Lozier Robert, proprietor of Frederick’s Pastries. “Our cakes represent an exciting memory and it brings us

joy to know that we provide the centerpiece dessert at so many celebrations!”

More than 1,700 people filled out a ballot and voted in 195 different catagories. “The main reason we’re

doing this quite honestly is it highlights the best and brightest buisnesses in New Hampshire essentially

from the eyes of their customers” said Nick Bolitho, vice president of advertising at the New Hampshire

Union Leader.
