BEDFORD, NH - As the old Macy's location on South River Road comes down and the new Whole Foods location begins to open, a lot of folks have been wondering, What else is going to happen there?
Encore Enterprises is preparing to construct Bedford Place at South River Road, a multi-million dollar, 16-plus acre mixed-use retail development featuring an upscale mall, retail, and business hub, across more than 200,000 square feet of development space.
