Hillsborough Man Indicted On Riot, Threat Charges: County Court

Weare man indicted for allegedly beating man with pool stick, felon indicted on weapon charge, local man indicted for drunk OHRV driving.

MANCHESTER, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North.

Steven Listro, 28, of Old Manchester Road in Derry, for controlled drug act; acts prohibited-marijuana and two counts of falsifying physical evidence as well as transporting drugs in a motor vehicle. The incidents stem from alleged incidents on June 12, 2017, in Bedford and Hooksett.

Nicholas Mercier, 23, of Park Street in Hillsborough, for riot and criminal threatening, both felonies. On Oct. 22, 2017, he allegedly threatened to “smash his head” and “blow his brains out,” or words to that effect, against a police officer.

Douglas Moran, 27, of Hampstead Road in Derry, on two counts of theft by unauthorized taking and seven counts of theft by deception, all felonies.

Shane Mower, 41 of Elm Drive in Weare, on three felony counts of first-degree assault. In Goffstown, he alleged beat another person with a pool stick, causing facial fractures on Dec. 26, 2017.

Kyle Nutter, 20, of Depot Street in Hillsborough, for aggravate driving while intoxicated – on an OHRV – allegedly on Dec. 30, 2017.

Brian O’Neil, 29, of Thornton Street in Manchester, for felony burglary allegedly on New Road in Goffstown on Jan. 16, 2018.

Daniel Otero, 44, of Zapora Drive in Hooksett, for criminal restraint and domestic violence, both felonies, for allegedly threatening to kill a woman with a hammer and swung it at her on Dec. 5, 2017, in Manchester.

Giovanni Otero, 20, of Spruce Street in Manchester, for common nuisances, felonious use of a firearm, and possession of a controlled drug-marijuana with intent to dispense allegedly on Nov. 4, 2017, in Manchester.
