Hooksett Man Indicted on Knife Assault, Robbery Charges: Roundup
Plus, woman allegedly smashes man in the face with drinking glass, Barnstead woman indicted for felony theft, prisoner indicted for escape.
MANCHESTER, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North.
Gary Thayer, 30, pictured right, of Buddy Street in Hooksett, currently incarcerated, for armed robbery, robbery, first-degree assault, felony in possession of a deadly weapon-knife, and two counts of second-degree assault. On July 15, 2016, in Manchester, he allegedly stabbed, strangled, and struck a man in the face causing bone fractures during a robbery.

Andrew Thibeau, 22, of Corning Road in Manchester, currently incarcerated, for second-degree assault-strangulation, a felony, and three counts domestic violence-simple assault. He allegedly strangled and punched a woman on Sept. 14, 2016, in Manchester.
Melissa Thompson, 24, pictured upper left, of Merrimack Street in Manchester, for second-degree assault and first-degree assault, both felonies. She allegedly used a drinking glass to smash a man in the face on Sept. 19, 2016, in Manchester.

Jorge Villarreal, 23, of Mammoth Road in Manchester, for second-degree assault-strangulation, a felony, as well as two counts of criminal threatening against person. On Aug. 15, 2016, in Manchester, he allegedly strangled a woman and told her, “I’m going to get you” and “Go into the bedroom or it will be worse.”
Norris Viviers, 27, of Elm Street in Manchester, for felony falsifying physical evidence. On Oct. 12, 2016, he allegedly concealed a baggie which contained urine for the purpose of impairing probation officers.
David Wilson, 32, pictured lower left, currently incarcerated at the Calumet Housing Unit, for escape, allegedly on June 10, 2016.
Heather Yost, 25, of Beauty Hill Road in Barnstead, for forgery and theft by unauthorized taking. On April 23, 2016, she allegedly defrauded Sam’s Club by uttering an altered check for $2,489.58 to purchase merchandise.
Dut Akut, 32, of Clifford Avenue in Manchester, for felony bail jumping after being arrested on a second-degree assault charge and allegedly failing to appear for a hearing in court in June 2012.
Meagan Audette, 28, of Cedar Pond Drive in Milan, for felony organized retail crime enterprise. On Sept. 12, 2016, she allegedly conspired with Samantha Lam to commit a theft at a Home Depot in Manchester.
Wesley Barkley, 31, of Lowell Street in Manchester, for violation of a protective order, a felony. On Oct. 20, 2016, in Manchester, he allegedly sent a letter a protected party.
Joseph Bedard, 56, a homeless man now located in Manchester, for three counts of felony criminal threatening, resisting arrest or detention, and criminal trespass. He was arrested after an alleged incident on Titus Avenue in Manchester where he reportedly threatened police with a 2x4 piece of wood, according to the indictment.
