Maine Man Arrested on Theft Charge: Bedford Police Log

Plus, Manchester men arrested on driving charges and a Merrimack man was charged with DWI after a crash.

BEDFORD, NH — Patrick M. Allbee, 22, of Manchester, was arrested at 10:32 p.m. on Feb. 15, 2017, for driving after suspension and suspension of vehicle registration. He was arrested after a traffic stop on Route 101 near the Plummer Road Overpass.

Shawn P. Royer, 38, of Manchester, was arrested at 7:26 p.m. on Feb. 14, 2017, and charged with driving after revocation or suspension-second incident and a bench warrant. Also arrested was David M. Floyd, 28, of Manchester, on a warrant. They were arrested after a motor vehicle stop on South River Road near Eastman Avenue.

Cassandra Milburn, 25, of Manchester, was arrested at 3:18 p.m. on April 1, 2016, for bail jumping and a bench warrant.

Justin Harbeck, 24, of Portland, ME, was arrested at 2:24 p.m. on April 1, 2016, for theft from a building, after an alleged incident on Colby Court.

Emilio Santana, 36, of Manchester, was arrested at 6:32 p.m. on March 31, 2016, for driving without giving proof, driving after revocation or suspension, and suspended registration, after a motor vehicle stop on Eastman Avenue.

Chris S. Valliere, 42, of Manchester, was arrested at 8:06 a.m. on March 31, 2016, for robbery. He was arrested on a warrant.

Toby L. Bueno, 37, of Merrimack, was arrested at 10:21 p.m. on March 30, 2016, for driving while intoxicated and driving after revocation or suspension after a crash on Liberty Hill Road near County Road.
