Maine Woman Arrested on Drug, Stolen Property, Vehicle Charges: Log

BEDFORD, NH — Cynthia R. Smith, 43, of Houlton, ME, was arrested at 5:06 a.m. on Oct. 24, 2016, for possession of controlled/narcotic drugs, possession of drugs in a motor vehicle, receiving stolen property, unregistered vehicle, and misuse or failure to display plates. She was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on South River Road and Back River Road.

Richard L. Dean, 59, of East Haven, CT, was arrested at 12:54 a.m. on Oct. 25, 2016, for driving while intoxicated after a motor vehicle stop on South River Road.

Ebony C. Richard, 20, of Manchester, was arrested at 4:25 p.m. on Oct. 25, 2016, for driving after revocation or suspension and suspended registration after a traffic stop at Washington Place.

Clifford E. Ferrell, 32, of Wilton, was arrested at 8:50 a.m. on Oct. 27, 2016, for driving after revocation or suspension after a motor vehicle stop on Jenkins Road and Beals Road.

Robin E. Harrell, 59, of Concord, was arrested on two counts of driving while intoxicated on South River Road. She was arrested at 11:48 p.m. on Oct. 27, 2016.

Rebecca Drury, 28, of Manchester, was arrested at 4:43 p.m. on Oct. 28, 2016, for driving while intoxicated. She was arrested on Technology Drive.

Garrett W. Hoople, 18, of Bedford, was arrested at 12:07 a.m. on May 28, 2016, for possession of controlled/narcotic drugs after a traffic stop on Hawthorne Drive.

Michael R. Montemerlo, 29, of Bedford, was arrested at 3:06 p.m. on May 27, 2016, for theft by deception after an alleged incident on Colby Court.

Katelyn J. Hansen, 27, of Bedford, was arrested on a warrant at 1:33 p.m. on May 27, 2016.
