Felon Indicted On Fentanyl Child Intoxication Manslaughter, Other Charges: Court Roundup

MANCHESTER, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court North.

Claudy Cassy, 35, of Maple Street in Manchester on manslaughter, reckless conduct, and 10 controlled drug act; acts prohibited, fentanyl, dimethyltryptamine, cocaine, clonazepam, and crack cocaine, charges, all felonies. He was accused of exposing a 2-year-old child to fentanyl, causing their death due to acute fentanyl intoxication on Oct. 14, 2022. Previously, according to the indictment, Cassy was convicted of a drug sale charge.

Franklin Castillo, 29, of East Haverhill Street in Lawrence, Massachusetts, on reckless conduct, two domestic violence, and two theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies. He was accused of pointing a pistol at an intimate partner twice and stating, “I’m going to kill you,” putting a child in danger, and possessing a stolen Glock 19 Gen4 9 mm pistol and a stolen FN America FN 503 9 mm pistol on Dec. 29, 2020, in Manchester. Wilfredo Castro-Soler, 29, of Beech Street in Manchester on felonious use of a firearm and possession of marijuana with intent to sell charges. He was accused of possessing a Draco AK-47 rifle while possessing more than an ounce of the drug on Jan. 10 in Manchester.

Christopher Caterson, 40, of Cartier Street in Manchester on a felony forgery charge. He was accused of attempting to defraud St. Joseph Residence Presentation of Mary in Goffstown on Nov. 26, 2022.

Karen S. Charette, 77, of Spruce Street in Manchester on a felony riot charge. She was accused of putting others at risk by causing public alarm on Aug. 23, 2021, in Manchester.

Dominic J. Cherbonneau, 25, of Hanover Street in Manchester on two riot and eight attempted first-degree assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of shooting at one person seven times, causing public alarm, and shooting another person in the arm, on Nov. 13, 2022, in Manchester.

Christian Cherry, 39, of Ray Street in Manchester on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner on July 14, 2022, in Manchester.

Nelson Cotton, 39, of Belgrade Street in Manchester on domestic violence-second degree assault and stalking charges, all felonies. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner and violating an order and bail order on Dec. 16, 2022, in Manchester.
