Manchester Man Indicted On Armed Robbery, Stolen Gun Charges: Superior Court Roundup

Man indicted on a homicide charge; Peabody, MA, man faces 2 nonconsensual dissemination of private sexual images charges; drug indictments.

MANCHESTER, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court North.

David Dunn, 64, of Mill Pond Road in Durham on four counts of theft by unauthorized taking and four counts of theft by misapplication of property charges, all felonies. He was accused of misusing estate finances as his own between June 1 and June 9, 2021; June 21 and July 8, 2017; and July 15 and Oct. 3, 2019, in Manchester.

Dashawn Davis, 47, of Hospital Avenue in Manchester on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling a family member on Jan. 26 in Manchester.

Calley R. Edwards, 29, of Daniels Road in Weare on a felony possession of methamphetamine charge on Feb. 10.

Ivy Firman, 25, of Wellington Terrace in Manchester on felony criminal threatening, domestic violence-simple assault, and felony criminal mischief charges. She was accused of smashing a window with a rock to gain entry to an apartment in Manchester, slapping a man, and threatening him with a knife on May 13.

Nigel Flores, 29, of Goffstown Road in Manchester on a homicide charge. He was accused of shooting an intimate partner with a gun and killing her on Feb. 6 in Manchester.

Lamond C. Foster, 30, of Manchester Street in Manchester on three felony assaults by prisoners charges. He was accused of striking a corrections officer in the head and spitting on two other corrections officers in Manchester on March 18.

Deandre Fultz, 20, of Beech Street in Manchester on robbery, controlled drug act; acts prohibited-alprazolam, and theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies. He was accused of stealing a Glock 9 mm pistol from a vehicle's glovebox on March 19 in Manchester. On March 29 in Manchester, he was accused of robbing another person, stealing a wallet at a Glock 9 mm handgun from a vehicle while armed with a gun. The drug charge was from an incident on April 3 in Manchester.

Chance W. Fumunani, 18, of Woodbine Avenue in Manchester on a felony domestic violence charge. During an argument, he was accused of threatening a family member by saying he had access to a gun and would come back and kill the victim on Feb. 27 in Manchester.

Derek Mota, 40, of Farnum Avenue in Peabody, Massachusetts, on two felony nonconsensual dissemination of private sexual images charges. He was accused of sending two sexual photos of another person, without consent, to two other people on Jan. 19, 2022, in Manchester.

Brandon Mull, 33, of Concord Street in Manchester on possession of meth with intent to sell, possession of buprenorphine, falsifying physical evidence, and conduct after an accident charges, all felonies. On Feb. 4, he was accused of being involved in a crash with injury but leaving the scene in Manchester. Mull was accused of the drug possession charges on Feb. 17 in Manchester, after previously being convicted on a charge, and destroying evidence — stomping on a cell phone to impair an investigation.
