Concord, Manchester Men Indicted On Sexual Assault Charges: Superior Court Roundup

MANCHESTER, NH — The following people were indicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court North.

Derek Mota, 39, of Farnum Avenue in Peabody, Massachusetts, on nonconsensual dissemination of private sexual images and violation of privacy charges, both felonies. He was accused of installing a tracking device on a vehicle owned by a woman without her knowledge on Jan. 19, 2022, in Manchester and accessing the device multiple times between Jan. 19 and Feb. 14, 2022. Mota was also accused of sharing two sexual photographs of the woman with another person with her consent on Feb. 6.

Lenon Munoz-Benitez, 33, of Whittemore Road in Londonderry on a felony sale of crack cocaine charge on May 12, 2022, in Manchester.

Kevin Ngaruiya, 28, of Regency Drive in Dracut, MA, on a felony second-degree assault charge. In Manchester, he was accused of blocking an intimate partner’s nose or mouth to impede breathing on June 3, 2022.

Jonathan D. Pickering, 34, of Alice Drive in Concord on receiving stolen property, pistols & revolvers; convicted felons, and three controlled drug act; acts prohibited, methamphetamine, cocaine, and fentanyl, charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing a stolen firearm and drugs in Bedford on June 26, 2022.

Beth Pilotte, 39, of Pine Street in Manchester on a possession of meth and possession of fentanyl with intent to sell charges, both felonies, on Oct. 13, 2022, in Manchester.

Samuel Piper, 29, of Cricket Lane in Concord on a felonious sexual assault charge, a felony. He was accused of sexually assaulting a girl in Manchester on Jan. 1, 2021.

Timothy Piszczek, 28, of Dubuque Street in Manchester on two felony robbery charges. In Manchester, he was accused of displaying a knife and demanding money from two people on Sept. 20, 2022.

Craig Polishan, 50, of Stowell Road in Bedford on a felony criminal threatening charge. He was accused of possessing a firearm on telling a woman, “Don’t move or I’ll shoot, on Sept. 4, 2021, in Bedford.

David Potter, 46, of Sentinel Court in Manchester on a felony aggravated felonious sexual assault charge. He was accused of sexually assaulting an intimate partner in Manchester on Aug. 23, 2022.

Corey Raikes, 28, of Philip Street in Manchester on second-degree assault, falsifying physical evidence, and two pistols & revolvers; convicted felons charges, both felonies. He was accused of firing a gun in a highly populated residential building resulting in a person, a pregnant woman, getting shot and possessing a Smith & Wesson pistol and a Ruger pistol on June 10, 2022, in Manchester. Raikes was also accused of concealing the Smith & Wesson to impair an investigation.
