Manchester Man Indicted On Rape, Burglary Charges: Court Roundup

Man indicted on gun conduct charge; homeless woman faces Bedford drug, weapon indictments; CT woman indicted on stolen lingerie charges.

MANCHESTER, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Rallista “Lisa” Adamtzikis, 63, of Cohas Avenue in Manchester on two tampering with witnesses and informants charges. She was accused of attempting to get a person to falsely testify on June 14 in Manchester after a person was pushed down stairs.

Abraham Aguasvivas Lacen, 22, with a last known address of the Valley Street Jail on Willow Street in Manchester on burglary and two aggravated felonious sexual assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of burglarizing a home and raping a teenage girl on March 3 in Manchester.

Kosta Arabaxhi, 31, of Second Street in Manchester on a felony reckless conduct charge. He was accused of firing a gun while others were present in Manchester on May 26.

Jacqueline K. Beal, 34, a homeless woman now located in Manchester, on possession of cocaine with intent to sell, felon in possession of a dangerous weapon-switchblade knife, possession of cocaine, and possession of buprenorphine charges, all felonies, in Bedford on July 24.

Ashton Bell, 31, of Manchester Street in Manchester on four controlled drug acts; acts prohibited charges, cocaine, methamphetamine, and crack cocaine, and falsifying physical evidence charges, all felonies.

Jonathan Bellemare, 35, of Laurel Street in Manchester on controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine and falsifying physical evidence charges, both felonies. He was accused of possessing the drug and placing a plastic baggie in a floor drain at the Manchester police station booking area on June 18.

Taunya M. Belser, 30, a homeless woman now located in Manchester, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-heroin/fentanyl charge on June 6 in Manchester.

Mark Boulanger, 50, of Winter Street in Manchester on sale of fentanyl and sale of crack cocaine charges, both felonies, on May 2 in Manchester.
