Hudson Man Indicted On Murder Charges: Superior Court Roundup
Nashua man accused of selling fentanyl; Bedford woman indicted on Merrimack drug charge; man indicted on Milford forgery, theft charges.

NASHUA, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury indicted the following people recently.
Mark Angiuoni, 47, of High Plain Avenue in Litchfield on reckless conduct and domestic violence charges, both felonies. He was accused of firing a gun in a residential neighborhood and threatening to kill a woman on July 12 in Litchfield.
Jose Batista-Salva, 37, of Riverview Drive in Hudson on second-degree assault and two pistols & revolvers; convicted felons charges, all felonies. He was accused of striking a woman in the head with a rock and possessing a knife on July 11 in Nashua. On July 12, police accused him of possessing a machete. Batista-Salva is a felon due to a felonious sexual assault conviction in Hillsborough County Superior Court North in November 2007.

Jonathan Bellemare, 35, of Laurel Street in Manchester on forgery and theft by deception charges, both felonies. He was accused of uttering a fraudulent check for $4,815.20 against GP Madbury 17 LLC in Milford on March 29.
Scott Brow, 45, of Railroad Square in Nashua on four felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited, methamphetamine and fentanyl. He was accused of selling fentanyl to an agent of the Nashua Police Department on March 1, April 1, and April 15, and possessing the meth in Nashua on June 21. Previously, he was convicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court South in November 2019.

Carlos Class Velez, 33, of Palm Street in Nashua on a felony domestic violence-criminal threatening charge. He was accused of holding a knife to an intimate partner’s throat and saying, “You’re dead,” or words to that effect on June 24.
Michael Conley, 42, of Woodbury Drive in Nashua on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner on Nov. 26, 2022, in Nashua.
Grant DeGiacomo, 27, of an unknown address, on two felony second-degree murder charges. He was accused of striking Christine DeGiacomo repeatedly, causing her death, on July 5 in Hudson. Ramon N. Dejesus, 38, of Thayer Court in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine charge on July 17 in Nashua.
