Merrimack Man Arrested On DUI Charges: Bedford Police Log

BEDFORD, NH — Logan Magee, 22, pictured, of Merrimack, was arrested at 11:10 p.m. on Aug. 11, 2017, for aggravated DUI – 0.16+ and DUI. He was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on South River Road and Kilton Road.

Samuel E. Colon, 19, of Bedford, was arrested at 1:10 p.m. on Aug. 11, 2017, for possession of a controlled drug, transporting drugs in a motor vehicle, and texting while driving. He was arrested after a traffic stop on South River Road and Back River Road.

Justin D. Frost, 28, of New Ipswich, was arrested at 8:29 a.m. on Aug. 11, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension and suspension of vehicle registration. He was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Route 101 near Pinecrest Drive. Karen L. Lacerted, 41, of Bedford, was arrested at 6:27 p.m. on Aug. 9, 2017, on a warrant. She was arrested at home.

Celena P. Hackett, 37, of Litchfield, received a summons at 9:49 a.m. on Aug. 9, 2017, for manufacturing, selling official inspection/registration sticker.

Cale J. Allen, 33, of Raymond, was arrested at 7:50 a.m. on Aug. 8, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent and suspension of vehicle registration after a stop on South River Road and Meetinghouse Road.

Peter Jasilewicz, 56, of Dunbarton, was arrested at 5:01 p.m. on Aug. 7, 2017, for driving after revocation and suspension and suspension of vehicle registration. He was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Boynton Street.
