According to police, at just before 5 p.m. on Tuesday, detectives with the department’s street crime unit stopped a motor vehicle on the West Side for reportedly failing to use a turn signal onto Granite Street. The detectives spoke to the driver – Hoisington – and two passengers, Lt. Brian O'Keefe of the Manchester Police Department noted in a press statement. During the interaction and subsequent investigation, police allegedly found all three to be in possession of small amounts of crack cocaine and they were arrested.
