Nashua Woman Arrested For DUI: Bedford Police Log
Plus, local man charged after crash, Goffstown and Manchester drivers face charges.

BEDFORD, NH — Joshua Weiss, 36, of Manchester, received a summons at 3:11 p.m. on Sept. 22, 2017, for manufacturing, selling official inspection/registration sticker after a traffic stop on South River Road near Riverway Place.
Delbert E. Baker, 40, of Concord, was arrested at 11:09 p.m. on Sept. 20, 2017, for operating without a valid license, two counts of possession of controlled drugs, and transporting drugs in a motor vehicle. He was arrested after police were sent to Route 101 for a check the welfare call.

Jose Flores, 51, of Bedford, was arrested at 3:44 p.m. on Sept. 18, 2017, for conduct after an accident with property damage. He was arrested on a warrant. Carolyn M. Passalaqua, 46, of Goffstown, was arrested at 2:48 a.m. on Sept. 17, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension, suspension of vehicle registration, and transporting alcoholic beverages. She was arrested after a traffic stop on Route 101 and Pinecrest Drive.

Michelle J. Driscoll, 24, of Manchester, received a summons at 1:19 p.m. on Aug. 5, 2017, for unofficial inspection/registration decal after a stop on South River Road near Wathen Road.
Deborah J. Derusha, 39, of Nashua, was arrested at 1:53 a.m. on Aug. 3, 2017, for DUI and DUI – adult over 0.08 after a motor vehicle stop on Eastman Avenue at South River Road.
Rafael J. Soto Ruiz, 24, of Manchester, was arrested at 4:21 p.m. on Aug. 1, 2017, for suspension of vehicle registration and driving after revocation or suspension after a stop on South River Road.
