Son Cracks Mom's TV with a Table, Gets Arrested: LOG
Concord Police: Homeless campers on Loudon Road charged with criminal trespass and after NHTI party, three arrested.

Chelsea Drake, 20, of Dudley Hill Road in Pembroke, was arrested at 1 a.m. on Dec. 24, 2015, on two bench warrants after a traffic stop on Manchester Street for touching the solid white line twice. A check yielded a nonappearance in Concord District Court warrant from Dec. 17, 2015, on a false report of a motor vehicle accident charge, and a second warrant from Dec. 8, out of Manchester District Court for nonappearance in court, $800 cash to settle, on a speeding charge. Drake has court dates in February.

Brian K. Duguay, 27, of Pineland Park in Milton, was arrested at 8:35 p.m. on Dec. 23, for criminal mischief. Police were sent to Chapel Street for a report of an “out of control” man who broke a television. When they arrived, the parties – Duguay and his mother – were arguing. Duguay reportedly told officers he was at the home to babysit and when one of the children moved a stuffed animal, he got mad and bumped the television. “Based on the damage to the television it appeared to me that a blunt object had struck the middle of the screen causing a spider web patterned break in the screen,” the officer alleged. A witness countered that there was a fight and “Brian hit the television with the coffee table,” according to the report. Duguay’s mother alleged that he struck the television but didn’t know with what. The officer turned to Duguay again and asked him what happened and he allegedly stated he didn’t know. He was then arrested.

Herbert Thibeault, Jeffrey A. White, Gene A. Parker, and Shelby E. Weston, were all served with summonses at 2:26 p.m. on Dec. 22, 2015, for criminal trespass. Officers were sent to 6 Loudon Road for a report of unwanted guests who were using the bathroom in the building and camping along the Merrimack River. The building manager told police that he had received notices from tenants who were concerned about safety issues at night while using the parking lot. Police were also sent to the building on Dec. 2, and the campers were told to vacate the area. The officers went to the river and observed “numerous tents” and a large amount of trash on the ground. One of the campers – Thibeault – allegedly stated that a woman named “Lisa” said they could stay there. Four of the five had previously been told not to camp there and allegedly admitted that they recalled police telling them not to camp there earlier in the month. They all received summonses and are due in court on Jan. 25, 2016.
Jose L. Marquez Cruz, 30, of Black Hall Road in Epsom, was arrested at 3:15 p.m. on Dec. 21, for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and receiving stolen property after allegedly stealing an $8.99 pink cape from Donovan’s Party and Novelty Shop on Fort Eddy Road. During an inventory search, police allegedly found him to be in possession redacted amount of cash. He’s due in court on Jan. 25, 2016.

Derek N. Milioto, 33, of Thorndike Street in Concord, was arrested at 11:30 a.m. on Dec. 20, on a bench warrant out of Milford District Court issued on Dec. 17, 2015, for nonpayment of fines from a speeding ticket, $256.67 cash to settle. He was stopped for no turn on red on South Main Street. He’s due in court on Jan. 25, 2016.
Delbert Baker, 38 of Alice Drive in Concord, was arrested at 3:25 p.m. on Dec. 20, seven charges of fraudulent use of a credit card at the Circle K Irving on Fisherville Road and the Walmart on Loudon Road in January 2015. The victim was an elderly woman. He’s due in court on Jan. 25, 2016.
Jasmine Y. Curtis, 19, of Penacook Street in Concord, was arrested at 7:43 p.m. on Dec. 6, for driving after revocation or suspension and a warrant on a violation of a protective order charge out of Pembroke. An officer was called to headquarters to meet with Curtis and while heading there, reportedly saw her driving on Centre Street even though her license was suspended on Nov. 16, 2015, for nonpayment of a court fine. Curtis is due in court on Jan. 11, 2015.
William A. Hendrick, 18, of King Hill Road in Francestown, was arrested at 12:57 a.m. on Nov. 8, and charged with driving while intoxicated, unlawful possession of alcohol, possession of drugs, possession of controlled drugs, and transportation of alcoholic beverages by a minor. Also arrested was Alexander Zuckerman, 19, of Baynes Road in Meriden, William Chambers, 18, of Old County Road in Francestown, for unlawful possession of alcohol. An officer stopped a Subaru with a temporary plate on Centre Street near North Spring for a head light violation. When he approached the vehicle, he allegedly smelled “an extremely overwhelming odor” of marijuana coming from the car. The officer spoke to the driver, Hendrick, who allegedly wouldn’t roll his window down more than an inch or two. “I’m comfortable with how it is,” he allegedly stated, while slipping his license through the crack. Other officers and a detective arrived at the scene while they were questioning passengers about the marijuana smell, Hendrick allegedly admitted that they had smoked earlier. “I’m not sure why you’re smelling it now,” he allegedly stated. He also reportedly denied drinking and agreed to a consent search. The officer allegedly found an open bottle of Smirnoff Vodka and one of the passengers allegedly stated that they were coming from a party at NHTI. Zuckerman was arrested after an officer spoke with him for a few moments. Chambers also allegedly admitted to drinking and he was arrested. Hendrick was given a field sobriety test and then arrested. Officers later found a glass smoking drive and marijuana in a small bag.
Dakoda Holden-Gowen, 21, of Pleasant Street in Concord, was arrested at 1:39 a.m. on Nov. 6, on two counts of driving while intoxicated. An officer on Pleasant Street reportedly saw a white sedan drifting side-to-side and then, cross over the double yellow light. The vehicle was pulled over near Concord Hospital. The driver, Holden-Gowen, allegedly smelled like alcohol, had red, glossy eyes, and allegedly stated he was heading home from Penuche’s. After a field sobriety test, he was arrested.
