Nashua Woman Indicted for Biting a Macy's Clerk
Plus, Concord man indicted for being a habitual offender; Derry man faces felony charges; Ashby man indicted for a felony drug charge.

Here is a roundup of recent indictments from Hillsborough County Superior Court.
Kelly Hood, of Cartier Road in Manchester, was indicted on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. It’s alleged that between October 2013 and May 2014 in Milford, removed lottery scratch tickets, more than $1,500 worth, from the store.
Michael Depiero, of Beacon Street in Nashua, was incident on a felony second-degree assault charge. It is alleged that on July 20, Depiero struck a man in the head with a glass bottle.

Joseph Blumenthal, of Blueberry Hill Road in Derry, was indicted on two felony reckless conduct charges and a felony criminal threatening charge. It’s alleged that on Jan. 20, in Nashua, he pointed a handgun and a rifle at another person.
David Duhamel, Prescott Street in Nashua, was indicted for being a habitual offender and a criminal mischief charge. The court alleges that Duhamel drove a vehicle in Nashua when he knew that his license was revoked on July 6. On Sept. 16, he allegedly damaged the front driver’s wn of his girlfriend.

George Farnsworth, of Damon Drive in Ashby, MA, was indicted on a felony possession of a controlled drug charge. It’s alleged that on July 5, while in Nashua, Farnsworth was in possession of clonazepam.
Steven Forest, of East Side Drive in Concord, was indicted on driving while deemed a habitual offender. On July 7, it’s alleged that Forest drove a Ford in Nashua even though he knew his privilege to drive was suspended.
Crystal Frechette, of Railroad Square in Nashua, was indicted on a felony robbery charge. It’s alleged that on Aug. 5, Frechette used forced to retrain stolen property after it was taken, biting the arm of a Macy’s store clerk at the Pheasant Lane Mall in Nashua.
