Six Arrested on Prostitution, Lewdness Charges
Pennsylvania man, others caught up in "hot spots" police operation.
Police in the Queen City continued their fight against illegal activity, including prostitution, in parts of the inner city on Feb. 19, after the department received numerous complaints from residents.
Plain clothed detectives posed as “Johns” in the area of Hanover, Laurel, Union, and Wilson streets and ensnared four women for allegedly agreeing to perform sex acts for a fee.
Arrested were Kerissa Hall, 26, of Wilson Street in Manchester; Kianna-Leigh Harrison, 19, a homeless woman now located in Manchester; Sarah Howard, 30, of Massabesic Street in Manchester; and Amber Letourneau, 27, of Lowell Street in Manchester; were all charged with prostitution.

During the operation, according to police, a fifth woman was allegedly found performing a sex act on a male driver in a parking lot on John Devine Drive.
Arrested were Caroline Vasquez, 37, of Beech Street in Manchester, on lewdness and violation of bail conditions charges, and Pratik Shah, 33, of Naamans Creek Road in Garnet Valley, PA, on a lewdness charge.

“As part of the operation, the subjects arrested were provided information/education on health and treatment services, and educational and peer support groups,” according to Officer Mark Ampuja. “The Manchester Police Department is also working with the City Solicitors Office to have services offered to arrested parties as a part of the court proceedings in hopes of reducing prostitution and related crimes in Manchester.”
Howard has previously been charged with prostitution, according to Examiner.com. Letourneau was arrested in 2010 after allegedly being involved, with her boyfriend, in the burglary of a pizza delivery worker in Laconia. Vasquez has been arrested a number of times including charges in 2012 of prostitution in Manchester.
