Teens Indicted on Drug, Theft Charges

Plus, Hudson residents indicted on theft, drug charges; Londonderry resident charged with selling hydrocodone.

Hillsborough Superior Court recent released the following indictments:

Bradley Bernard, 35, of Derry Street in Hudson, was indicted on theft by unauthorized taking, a felony, and receipt of stolen property and two fraudulent use of a credit card charges. It’s alleged that on Aug. 20, 2014, Bernard used a credit card owned by a woman from Nashua and charged more than $1,500 worth of items.

Kelly Blackwelder, 28, of Wyndmere Drive in Londonderry, was indicted on a felony sale of controlled drug charge. It’s alleged that on April 23, 2014, she sold 100 tablets of hydrocodone for an undercover Nashua Police officer for $200.

Abimael C. Castro, 42, of Fairway Drive in Merrimack, was indicted on a felony burglary charge after allegedly entering an Ash Street apartment on July 22, 2014.

Santos Cerritos, 51, of Ward Street in Manchester, was indicted on two counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault, extended term, for allegedly touching and assaulting a Nashua girl under the age of 13.

Lewis A. Clark, 36, of no fixed address in Nashua, was indicted on four counts of sale of narcotic drug, second offense, and possession of a narcotic drug, second offense, all felonies. It’s alleged that on July 11, July 15, July 16, and July 17, 2014, in Nashua, Clark sold crack cocaine to a Nashua Police officer. On Aug. 26, 2014, he allegedly was in possession of a glass vial with cocaine residue. Clark was convicted of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute in Massachusetts in June 2004.

Justin Coombes, 22, of Baker Street in Hudson, was indicted on a possession of a felony of a narcotic drug charge after allegedly being in possession of cocaine in Nashua on Aug. 16, 2014.

Paul Emond, 62, of Temple Street in Nashua, was indicted on a felony duty to report charge for failing to register with Nashua Police between Sept. 22, and Oct. 21, 2014.

Heith Fitzgerald, 35, of Montgomery Street in Manchester, was indicted on a felony possession of a narcotic drug. It’s alleged that Fitzgerald was in possession of fentanyl in Merrimack on Sept. 11, 2014.

Daniel Ganley, 17, of Acton Street in Nashua, was indicted on felony possession of a controlled drug, receiving stolen property, and resisting arrest or detention. It’s alleged that he was in possession of alprazolam on Aug. 25, 2014, and stole three pairs of sunglasses and fought with police when they tried to arrest him.

Daniel Garnham, 35, of Colburn Road in Temple, was indicted on aggravated driving while intoxicated and reckless conduct charges, both felonies. While in Wilton, it’s alleged that Garnham was driving under the influence of drugs on Route 101 and used his vehicle as a deadly weapon.

Jason Goll, 26, of Lock Street in Nashua, was indicted on felony theft by unauthorized taking and burglary charges. It’s alleged that between Jan. 8, and Jan. 10, 2014, he burglarized a home on Walden Pond Drive in Nashua and stole jewelry in excess of $1,500.

Carolyn S. Gray, 34, of Pierce Street in Nashua, was indicted on three felony counts of forgery after allegedly defrauding Market Basket on Jan. 31, 2014, McDonald’s Restaurant on June 16, 2014, and West Hollis Shell on June 8, 2014.

Rony Guzman-Encarnacion, 17, of Chestnut Street in Nashua, was indicted on a felony criminal threatening charge for allegedly threatening a Nashua resident on Aug. 7, 2014.

Christopher Hayes, 32, of Salvail Court in Nashua, was indicted on a possession of a controlled drug, a felony charge. It’s alleged that on July 22, 2014, he was in possession of heroin in Nashua.

Jada Johnson, 17, of Ahern Street in Manchester, was indicted on a felony possession of a narcotic drug for allegedly being in possession of heroin in Merrimack on Sept. 11, 2014.
