UNH Manchester hosts an Open House on September 28

High school juniors and seniors, transfer students, and guests are invited to learn more about the University of New Hampshire at Manchester at a fall Open House on Saturday, September 28 beginning at 9:00 a.m.

The open house is a great opportunity for students interested in a college experience that combines a highly regarded University of New Hampshire degree with the benefits of being in the city of Manchester.

Students at UNH Manchester have many opportunities to combine their classroom experience with hands-on learning through internships, service learning, and business partnerships in the college’s new Emerging Technology Center. Students work alongside faculty mentors to research and solve real problems for industry and organizational partners.

They’ll also learn about campus life, including the more than 30 on-campus clubs and events and nearby sports and fitness facilities. Students can commute from home or take advantage of the great variety of local housing options.

A tour of UNH Manchester will include the University Center’s biology labs, newly renovated communication arts studio, library, and classrooms, as well as the Emerging Technology Center (ETC), engineering labs, and computer technology labs in the historic Pandora Mill.
