The vehicle was described as a Chevrolet Suburban with Vermont plates. The tipster stayed behind the vehicle until a state trooper working a construction detail on I-293 in Manchester observed the vehicle.
“As the vehicle approached the construction zone, it swerved into the breakdown lane,” according to Staff Sgt. N. Noyes. “At the last minute, the vehicle pulled back into the travel lane, just missing the State Police Cruiser.”

The trooper stopped the vehicle a short distance later. The driver, Dickie, was allegedly “uncooperative with Troopers on scene and attempted to exit his vehicle while it remained in gear,” according to police.
Noyes noted that any time motorists see something suspicious or dangerous, they should call police. Anyone who may have seen Dickie driving is also urged to contact Trooper F. Campo at the New Hampshire State Police – Troop B Barracks at 603-223-4381.
