• Latest InvestNH 2.0 Awards Support more than 500 Affordable Workforce Housing Units across New Hamps (einpresswire.com) — Berlin is set to receive $318,000 in InvestNH 2.0 funds to turn a vacant office building into 20 apartments, including 12 affordable units aimed at local workers. The statewide program will support more than 500 affordable workforce homes, but this Berlin project directly targets Coös County’s tight housing market.
