• Stephen H. Snell (concordmonitor.com) — Longtime former Chichester resident Stephen Henry Snell, 77, has passed away in Apple Valley, California, after spending 31 years living and raising his family in Chichester. A UNH-trained aquatic biologist and Army Reservist, he worked nearly four decades for New Hampshire’s Department of Environmental Services and cherished time with his wife, daughters, and seven grandchildren. A private celebration of life will be held later in New Hampshire.
