Kelly Ayotte has vetoed a bill that would have let dispensaries, including the one in town, grow cannabis in their own greenhouses to boost supply and cut prices. The decision keeps New Hampshire’s tightly controlled medical system unchanged for now, even as most other New England states have legalized recreational use.
