Who is the Woman’s Club of Concord? We are group of like minded women from all walks of life that have come together to empower the women in the communities we live in. We award yearly scholarships to local Capitol Region girls, out-reach with the Woman’s Prison Program, help feed & clothe local women & children, work with Domestic Violence Survivors and Homelessness and our Historic Chamberlin House is home to women in transition. This is only some of what the WCC has been doing for over 125 years, and want to keep doing with your help! Won’t you help us Empower the Women in our community?
The Woman's Club of Concord was founded in by Mrs. Lilian Carpenter Streeter on April 21, 1893. In 1894 we became a member of the General Federation of Women’s Clubs (GFWC) and affiliated with the New HampshireGeneral Federation of Women’s Clubs (GFWC-NH). The Woman’s Club of Concord is a not-for-profit corporation with 501(c) 3 status.
When you sponsor the WCC, you are supporting women all over our State and showing you and your company’s commitment to empowering those women to stand up and be heard and make a difference themselves and pass it on for generations to come. By sponsoring the WCC, you are promoting your company to hundreds of New Hampshire's influential decision makes.
