A second ambulance was requested at 8:30 p.m.
Police could not accompany the pregnant woman immediately because, while the accident scene was being cleared, officers and fire and rescue teams were called to the Friendly Kitchen for a report of a person overdosing near the facility. Dispatch said the person had been given four shots of Narcan and could not be revived.
Two trucks were called to remove the vehicles around at 9 p.m.
