The following candidates were all elected by default due to lack of competition: 

Concord City Council: Ward 5: Robert Werner; Ward 6: J. Allen Bennett; Ward 7: Keith Nyhan; Ward 9: Candace Bouchard; Ward 10: Dan St. Hilaire.
Concord School Board: Melissa Donovan (District A School Board); Jennifer Patterson (District B School Board).
