25 Homes And Condos Sold In Concord In January 2026
Prices ranged from $60,000 for a manufactured home to $890,000 for a four-bedroom single-family home in the West End.

CONCORD, NH — It was another busy month for real estate transactions in Concord, with more than two dozen properties sold.
The least expensive property was a manufactured home on Centerwood Drive, which sold for $60,000. Another manufactured home, on Strawberry Lane, sold for $145,000.
The most expensive home sold was a single-family, four-bedroom house in the West End, which fetched $890,000. In January, three homes sold for more than $800,000.

Most of the homes sold were single-family, but there were eight that were condos and townhouses.
