3 Arrested After Early Morning Home Invasion

Franklin Police: Three charged with robbery and burglary after targeting a handicapped victim.

FRANKLIN, NH — Three people were arrested this morning after a home invasion in nearby Franklin, according to police. Arrested on Aug. 25, 2017, were:

Melissa Natal, 35, of Franklin, for conspiracy to commit robbery, conspiracy to commit burglary, criminal restraint, conspiracy to commit criminal restraint, all felonies, as well as simple assault and four counts of endangering the welfare of a child.

Juan Flores, 25, of Franklin, for conspiracy to commit robbery, conspiracy to commit burglary, six counts of criminal threatening, and conspiracy to commit criminal restraint, all felonies.

Another man, 24, of Franklin, for conspiracy to commit robbery, conspiracy to commit burglary, criminal restraint, criminal threatening, and second-degree assault, all felonies.

At just after 3 a.m. this morning, police were sent to the area of School and Franklin streets in Franklin for a report of a disturbance. (For more information on this and other neighborhood stories, subscribe to Concord NH Patch to receive daily newsletters and breaking news alerts.)

“Responding officers located a handicapped victim in the area who indicated that a home invasion and robbery had occurred at a nearby residence,” the department noted on Facebook. “Responding officers also located a suspect vehicle fleeing the area.”

After investigating the incident, all three were arrested.

They will be arraigned in Merrimack County Superior Court in Concord this afternoon.

The investigation into this incident is ongoing and anyone with information is asked to call the Franklin Police at 603-934-2535.
