31 Properties Sold In Concord And Penacook During The Month Of February 2026

Prices ranged from $50,000 for a manufactured home to $690,000 for a late-1980s West End home.

CONCORD, NH — Concord and Penacook continue to be a hot market for home sales after dozens of properties were sold in February, according to the latest sales data.

The top seller was a four-bedroom home built in the late 1980s in the West End, which sold for $690,000. Seven of the 31 homes sold for $500,000 or more, according to the data.

Five manufactured homes sold for between $50,000 and $210,000, while three condominiums sold for between $158,000 and $255,000.
