5 Things: Concord's Buried in Snow Once Again

  1. Clean up time? Probably. Expect sunny skies with highs in the high 30s and a light breeze. Overnight lows will drop down into the teens with a light wind.  
  2. Climate change. A number of environmental organizations are hosting a lecture with a number of speakers talking about what other countries are doing to combat climate change. The talk starts at 9:30 a.m. at the Holiday Inn. The lecture is free.
  3. February vacation thing to do. At 3:30 p.m., the Concord Public Library features an animated Dr. Suess adventure where a boy searches for the one thing that will enable him to win the affection of the girl of his dreams …
  4. Monday moves? Sure, why not? Dustin’s Fitness Solutions hosts a complementary circuit training class at noon. Jen holds a Zumba fitness class at 5:30 p.m. at the Concord Dance Academy. Sharing Yoga has a free yoga class at 7:30 p.m. for veterans and their families.
  5. Other stuff. A toddler playgroup will be held at The Children’s Place and Parents’ Education Center at 10 a.m. The Suite Success in Networking Group meets at The Office Suite at 11:30 a.m. Capital Toastmasters meet in the rec room of Granite Ledges at 6 p.m. John Franzosa plays Hermanos at 6:30 p.m. New Hampshire Hospital holds a food addicts recovery anonymous meeting at 6:30 p.m. in Conference Room B on the second floor.
