50 MPH Wind Gusts for Concord Today

A wind advisory was issued for Concord Monday, as gusts could reach 50 mph.

The strong winds could knock tree limbs into power lines, possibly causing outages, according to the National Weather Service. There’s a chance of a small amount of snow in the afternoon. Temperatures will plunge down to about 8 degrees at night.

Temperatures will get even colder later this week. On Wednesday, the low will be minus 3 degrees, NWS said.

• Tuesday: Chance of snow. High 21, low 15.
• Wednesday: Mostly cloudy. High 24, low -3.
• Thursday: Chance of snow. High 11, low 9.
• Friday: Mostly sunny. High 34, low 10.
