A Kiss Turns Into a Bite at The Friendly Kitchen
Concord Police allege that Samantha Tatro was also caught trespassing recently.

A local woman is facing charges of assault and trespassing after two different incidents in the North End of the city.
Samantha Tatro, 35, of Gilmanton, was arrested at 4:30 p.m. on Nov. 1, on a simple assault (personal weapons) charge.

When the officer arrived, the man who was bitten spoke about the incident. He alleged that Tatro was sitting on his lap and stated that she loved him. But when she went to kiss him on the mouth, she allegedly bit him. Tatro then fled the area, heading southbound on the railroad tracks.
The officer caught up to her about 30 feet away and arrested her. She was released on $5,000 personal recognizance bail and is due in court on Dec. 9.
