After Crash, New Boston Woman Arrested For DUI-Drugs
Tiara Cyr-Cullinane, who was arrested last year for sale of a controlled drug, reportedly struck a stone wall on Mammoth Road yesterday.

HOOKSETT, NH — A local woman with priors was arrested for drunk driving yesterday morning after allegedly striking a stonewall and then, continuing to drive, before other drivers reported her alleged erratic driving. Tiara Cyr-Cullinane, 26, of New Boston, was arrested on Feb. 24, 2018, for driving under the influence and conduct after an accident. At just before 9 a.m., according to Sgt. David Scarpino of the Hooksett Police Department, officers were called to reports of an erratic driver on Bell Avenue and Mammoth Road.

“While responding to the area, officers located the suspected vehicle disabled in the area of Hooksett Road and Mammoth Road,” Scarpino alleged, “(and) officers made contact with the driver.”

While speaking with Cyr-Cullinane, officers stated she appeared to be under the influence of drugs, based on their alleged observations of her. After a field sobriety test, she was arrested.
“While officers continued to investigate the incident,” he stated, “they discovered that she had also struck a stone wall on Mammoth Road. There were no injuries sustained as a result of the accident.”

Cyr-Cullinane allegedly refused additional testing, and was processed and released on personal recognizance bail. She’s due in Hooksett District Court on March 1.
According to a report on Patch, Cyr-Cullinane was arrested on a sale of a controlled drug charge in late July 2017, after raids in Manchester that allegedly led to drugs, cash, and weapons being seized. According to the New Hampshire Department of Corrections parole hearing docket, Cyr-Cullinane was in prison in November 2016, for an unknown reason. She was admitted to jail in February of that year, according to other reports online.
