
Starting today, participating McDonald’s restaurants in New England celebrate National Coffee Day by offering FREE small Newman’s Own Organics coffee Sept. 23-29
“Serving hot, freshly brewed coffee is a universal way to show appreciation and we’re thrilled to share our Newman’s Own Organics Coffee with customers for FREE,” said Nicole DiNoia, communications manager for McDonald’s Boston Region. “No strings attached – just visit McDonald’s and enjoy a FREE small McDonald’s coffee at one of our restaurants in the New England area.”
Coffee isn’t just for breakfast anymore, according to recent findings by the National Coffee Association. Daily coffee consumption soared by seven percentage points in 2011, moving coffee solidly ahead of soft drinks, according to the 2012 National Coffee Drinking Trends report.

The Week of Free Coffee at McDonald’s is happening at participating restaurants across the Eastern United States – from Maine to Miami. Visit a participating McDonald’s restaurant in New England where you can enjoy a free small Newman’s Own Organics Coffee, made with 100 percent Arabica Beans. This special blend is only available in New England McDonald’s restaurants!
Customers can also access McDonald’s nutrition information for food and beverage choices on mcdonalds.com, McDonald’s mobile app, toll-free customer experience and insights line, in-restaurant brochures, reverse side of tray liners and select menu packaging. They can also use the online tool My Meal Builder to mix and match food and beverage choices and view nutrition and ingredient information for customized menu choices.
