Alleged Deadly Weapon Assaulter Sought by Marshals
Have you seen Keith Russell of Maine? He is wanted for allegedly failing to appear in Strafford County court after an assault incident.

CONCORD, NH - This week’s District of New Hampshire - New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force is Keith Wayne Russell, 43, who is wanted for failure to appear in Strafford County court on an aggravated assault with a deadly weapon charge.

Russell is 5-feet, 7-inches tall and weights 160 lbs. He has brown hair and eyes with medium skin tone. He also has tattoos on both arms, according to marshals.

The warrant for Russell was issued on March 3, by the Strafford County Sheriff’s Office.

Russell, according to Deputy Marshal Jeffrey White, was last known to live in Lebanon, ME, where he has family, friends, and associates. He should be considered armed and dangerous.
