Officers were sent to the Morning Star Apartment Complex on Loudon Road to arrest the pair on drug dealing warrants.

When they arrived, they saw a man that looked like Craig Wilcox standing outside of the apartment. The officers confirmed that it was him and asked to speak with him inside, and he reportedly obliged. But when Craig Wilcox entered the apartment, there was allegedly a young male holding a marijuana pipe attempting to leave the living room of the apartment after seeing the officers, according to an arrest report.

“What do you have?,” Craig Wilcox reportedly asked the male.

“My bowl,” the male allegedly stated.

The officer took possession of the pipe, a grinder, and a container of marijuana from the young male, according to the report.

The reporting officer asked if Margaret Wilcox was also home and she reportedly came out from a back room. Both Margaret Wilcox and Craig Wilcox were then arrested.

During a search, police allegedly found a hypodermic needle in Craig Wilcox’s right front pocket as well as a small, gold container of cocaine, and another small container of what Wilcox allegedly stated was heroin, according to the report. A field test came back negative for heroin so it was placed into evidence for further testing, possibly for fentanyl, according to the officer’s report.

The officers also took custody of the young male, who was under guardianship of the couple, according to one of the reports.

Arraignments were scheduled for April 11, 2016, in this case, according to reports.
