Marshals learned from tips that Wade had temporary work in Concord and might be residing at a local hotel. Deputies along with Concord Police went to the Hall Street hotel where he was staying in an effort to arrest Wade.

“After knocking at the hotel room door and not receiving a response, entry was forced into the room,” according to Deputy Marshal Jeffrey White. “Wade was immediately located in the room, where he was arrested without incident.”
