At about 2:30 a.m. this morning, state troopers received reports that there was a vehicle traveling south in the northbound lane of I-93 and had nearly caused at least one head-on collision near Mile Marker 52 in Canterbury. A trooper caught up with him near Mile Marker 46, just north of Exit 17, and along with another trooper, they were able to slow the vehicle down and get it to stop in the passing lane by boxing the vehicle in so it couldn’t continue south, according to Sgt. James Steinmetz of the NHSP. Drake was then arrested.
