The officers spoke with members of the household and then went down to the basement to speak with Wilkinson who was reportedly upset because she had a fight with her boyfriend during which she allegedly admitted hitting him.
“In looking at Jordan's face, I could see that her cheeks were flush and that her eyes were glossy, bloodshot red,” the officer alleged. “Jordan's speech was slightly slurred. I was standing about four feet away from Jordan and I could smell a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from her direction every time she spoke. It was apparent that Jordan was intoxicated.”
According to the report, a witness reported hearing an argument in the basement and went downstairs where she saw Wilkinson allegedly hitting (the victim). The witness tried to break it up, and she allegedly “began flipping out.” Another relative, who was pregnant, went downstairs to help get Jordan under control and she allegedly hit her, according to the report.
Wilkinson was then taken in to custody and allegedly “became increasing angry and began swearing” at family members, according to the report.
After she was arrested, another officer reached out to the male victim. He reportedly stated that things seemed to be going well at the house until he went to take a look at Wilkinson’s cellphone and they got into an argument about what he saw on her phone. He suggested to her that maybe they needed some space, and “eventually things escalated” and she allegedly “became angry and hit him in the face,” according to the report.
Wilkinson was arraigned on Feb. 23.
