Amherst Police Log: Milford Teen Arrested on Drug Charges

Incidents

  • 12:05 p.m. on April 30, 2015: The Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident on the Route 101 eastbound off ramp to Route 101A. No injuries were reported.
  • 10:21 p.m. on April 30: The Amherst Police Department responded to a single vehicle accident on Merrimack Road. Minor injuries were reported.
  • 6:38 a.m. on May 1: Amherst Police Department responded to a single vehicle accident on Route 101. No injuries were reported.
  • 9:25 a.m. on May 1: The Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident in the Walmart parking lot. No injuries were reported.

Arrests

Amanda Schwab, 19, of Milford, was arrested at 9:55 p.m. on April 29, 2015, on charges of Possession of a controlled drug and transportation of a controlled drug. Schwab was released on $500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for May 21, 2015, at the Milford District Court.

Dennis Boehm Smith, 27, of Lowell, MA on a charge of driving after suspension. Boehm Smith was released on $1,000 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for May 21, 2015, at the Milford District Court.

Michelle Alanna Monis, 29, of Nashua, was arrested at 1:15 a.m. on May 2, on charges of driving after suspension and unregistered motor vehicle. Monis was released on $500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for May 21, 2015, at the Milford District Court.
