Huntley has no known aliases, was last known to be living in Nashua, previously lived in Cheshire County, and his alert includes an “armed and dangerous” warning due to an accusation of possessing “multiple weapons” during a “recent law enforcement contact in February,” corrections said.

“Huntley has an extensive criminal history, including sexual assault, failure to register as a sex offender, narcotics offenses, disobeying an officer, and reckless conduct,” the alert stated.

Two years later, the theft and burglary charges were reopened after a probation violation accusation, which was later withdrawn.

In May 2018 in Swanzey and December 2018 in Keene, Huntley was accused of felonious sexual assault and sexual assault. In November 2019, he pleaded guilty to three sexual assault charges. Huntley was accused of violating probation or parole in the suspended-sentence counts and, in February 2022, was sentenced to 90 days in jail, all suspended, with three days of time-served credit. Huntley was accused again of violating probation or parole and pleaded guilty in April 2025. No time was provided, but he was given 13 days of time served credit.

Huntley was accused of acts prohibited and reckless conduct in May 2021 in Walpole. In February 2022, he pleaded guilty to both charges and received two 90-day jail sentences, both suspended for a year, and $620 in fines, also suspended for a year.

In July 2024, Huntley was accused of selling drugs in Stoddard. He was indicted on the charge in October 2024. Huntley failed to appear at the arraignment in November 2024. In April 2025, he pleaded guilty to the charge and received a two-to-four-year sentence that was suspended for three years, with three years probation, and $620 in fines, also suspended.
