CONCORD, NH — Ashton Everrett Garland, born in 1991, of Concord, was arrested at 1:26 a.m. on April 18 on a bench warrant as well as a felony possession of a controlled drug charge following an incident or investigation under the Manchester Street Interstate 93 overpass at Exit 13.

Kelsey S. McCarthy, born in 1991, of Loudon, was arrested at 3:54 p.m. on April 16 on two felony possession of a controlled drug-subsequent charges following an incident or investigation at the Hannaford supermarket at 73 Fort Eddy Road.

Cody Allen Petrin, born in 2001, of Manchester, was arrested at 11:10 p.m. on April 15 on simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, false imprisonment, domestic violence-false imprisonment, obstructing report of a crime-injury, and domestic violence-obstructing report of a crime-injury charges following an incident or investigation at the Pembroke Road Apartments on Pembroke Road.

Joseph D. McCormick, born in 1991, of Concord, received a summons at 6:35 p.m. on April 13 on a camping restricted violation following an incident or investigation at the former Regal Cinemas at 282 Loudon Road.

Timothy C. Casey, born in 2002, of Concord, was arrested at 5:17 p.m. on April 11 on a burglary charge following an incident or investigation on South Spring Street. He was also charged with felony possession of a controlled drug and breach of bail charges following an incident or investigation at the Everett Arena at 15 Loudon Road.
