CONCORD, NH — A woman from Manchester faces 20 charges after three separate domestic violence incidents in Concord, according to court documents and police information.
Limited information is available about two of the three arrests.
In the first case, police investigated a report of a domestic violence assault and imprisonment claim at the Concord Gardens apartment complex. Around 8:33 p.m. on Sept. 20, police arrested Carolina Solares-Fraga, 27, of Kelly Street, on four charges. She was accused of assaulting and refusing to allow her ex-girlfriend to leave an apartment at the complex.
After being arrested, around 9:50 p.m., Solares-Fraga was released on bail.
Just after 11:15 p.m., the victim accused Solares-Fraga of contacting her "multiple times" via TextNow and WhatsApp.
"I love you so much," one message said, according to a report, "and I'm not mad at you."
In another message, a coworker of Solares-Fraga's also texted the victim, relaying the message that "Carolina was OK, loved her, and was not mad at her," an affidavit said.

Solares-Fraga was also accused of placing a heart emoji on a past message from the victim.
The reporting officer called Solares-Fraga, and she denied the communication, the affidavit said, but "subsequently stated she was 'just trying to make sure that (the victim) knew she wasn't mad and that she loves her'."
A warrant was then issued for her arrest and she was charged at just before 12:45 a.m. on Sept. 21. Solares-Fraga was held without bail.
On Sept. 21, she was arraigned by video in Concord District Court and detained. Solares-Fraga not guilty to all the charges. Her bail was later amended to personal recognizance and a Dec. 10 trial date was booked by Judge Erin McIntyre.
On Oct. 8, Solares-Fraga was arrested again at 12:44 a.m. on four stalking and four breach of bail charges.
Back in 2024, Solares-Fraga was arrested in Manchester, accused of chasing a man through a park in a minivan.
