
Public Service of New Hampshire has announced that Terry Large, a resident of Bow, has recently been named the company’s new director of Customer Operations. In that role, Large will be responsible for statewide electrical operations and maintenance.
Large has more than 29 years of experience with PSNH and its parent corporation, Northeast Utilities. He has directed and overseen four operational departments at PSNH, including most recently as director of business planning and customer support services.
“Terry has proven experience and thoughtful expertise in legislative, regulatory, safety and budgetary issues,” noted Gary Long, PSNH president and chief operating officer. “I am confident that he will provide the company with the well-rounded leadership that will be essential for meeting both current and emerging customer operations challenges.”

Large holds degrees from Dartmouth College and Union College. He has successfully completed the Penn State University Executive Management Program, and is a 2006 graduate of Leadership New Hampshire.
