Another Assault Outside Wow Billiards & Bar In Downtown Concord: Watch

Police and fire and rescue teams were sent to North Main Street for a report of a man who dislocated another man's shoulder Thursday.

CONCORD, NH — Concord police are investigating an assault incident outside Wow Billiards & Bar on North Main Street Thursday.

Just before 1:30 a.m., police dispatch received a report from a man claiming he was involved in a fight with another man. The victim believed he had a dislocated shoulder due to the incident. According to scanner chatter, the suspect fled the scene in a red vehicle with his girlfriend driving.

While officers arrived at the scene, other officers began searching the city for the red vehicle.

Police later described the car as possibly a Chrysler 300 with a vanity plate.

The victim, who was in his early 20s, was taken to Concord Hospital later with an officer in tow.

Officers identified a possible suspect, noting universal cautions connected to him because he does not like the police. The officers also went to Penacook to scope out potential locations for the suspect. Police also identified a woman who may have been driving the car from the incident, according to scanner chatter.

While searching the area, police discovered a red Toyota RAV4, being driven by a woman from Franklin, that had crashed into a fire hydrant near the old Beede Electric building.

A tow truck was called to the scene to remove the SUV.

No arrests have been made at post time connected to the assault incident. Concord NH Patch will update this post when more information becomes available.
