CONCORD, NH — Concord fire and rescue teams were sent to Fort Eddy Road Tuesday for a report of a fire. Before 1 p.m., the call came in reporting a smoke coming from a wellness room. Later, dispatch stated the smoke was due to an appliance fire.
Minutes before, firefighters were sent to Triangle Park Drive for a report of a fall and quickly diverted engines to the store.
Dispatch stated that the fire was in a freezer. Customers and employees were being evacuated from the building, according to scanner chatter.

Firefighters found smoke in the store with the sprinklers activated and that the sprinkler system knocked out the fire. No one was injured. They shut down the sprinklers and then cleared the building.
"With the fire controlled by the sprinklers, firefighters worked to contain property damage and to remove animals from the fire area," Andrus said. "All firefighting units were able to clear the scene within the hour."
