According to Manchester Police, Garst was arrested in August 2015 after officers responded to a fight in the area of Amory and Dubuque streets, involving around 15 people.

When police arrived, the crowd began to disperse but officers were able to stop one vehicle, with a female driver, and after a consent search, police allegedly found a loaded Colt 1911 .45 caliber ACP firearm with six rounds of loaded ammunition in a shoulder holster, according to an arrest report. The firearm reportedly had an altered serial number and had been stolen from a burglary in Manchester on Aug. 15, 2015.

Garst was arrested at the scene and charged with receiving stolen property, convicted felon in possession of a firearm, changing marks on a pistol or revolver and was put on a probation/parole hold. He was also arrested in Hampton in June 2009 for possession of a controlled drug, according to Seacoastonline.com.

White noted in a press statement that while his whereabouts was unknown, Garst should be considered “armed and dangerous,” so if anyone knows where he is or sees someone who looks like him, they should call police or marshals at 603-225-1632, or call 1-877-WANTED-2, or submit a WEB-TIP, or TEXT NHTIP with any information to TIP411.
