Cyril John Pocknett is wanted by the NH parole board, accused of failing to report to a probation officer, after being released from prison.

CONCORD, NH — The New Hampshire Department of Corrections is asking for the public’s help finding a potentially “armed and dangerous” fugitive with “violent tendencies” who could be in the Granite State or the Bay State.
Cyril John Pocknett is Native American, 49, about 5 feet, 11 inches tall, and weighs around 215 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair. Pocknett also has several tattoos, including “MASHPEE FOUR LIFE” and “BEAUTIFUL WAMP STYLE” on his back, the name “Cyril” on his neck, “WAMP LIFE on his fingers, and a feather under his right eye.
Pocknett is considered armed and dangerous due to a robbery conviction from February 2011, as well as other crimes. Investigators said he had “a history of substance misuse, resisting arrest, and possession of weapons.” Pocknett was released from prison in May and, after that, was accused of failing to report to his probation parole officer. He was last known to live in Manchester but also has ties to Mashpee, Massachusetts.
