Morgan was paroled in June 2020. The warrant against him was issued in November 2020 “due to his failure to report and failure to notify his parole officer of his new address,” the alert stated.
A warrant was also issued against Morgan for driving under the influence out of Candia District Court. The state said he does not have a valid license and was last known to be living in Dover. Morgan has an “armed and dangerous” warning to his fugitive alert status due to the gun theft burglary case.
