ARREST LOG: Penacook Woman Busted for Alleged ID Theft

- , 32, of Concord, was arrested at 2 a.m. on Dec. 12, on a Disorderly Conduct charge. He was arrested at North Main Street. An hour and 5 minutes later, he was arrested again and charged with Disorderly Conduct. Masters refused bail and had a court date on Dec. 12.
- Julie McKay, 31, of Loudon, was arrested on Dec. 12, on a Driving After Revocation Or Suspension charge. She was arrested at 7:51 a.m. at on Sheep Davis Road. McKay has a court date on Jan. 23, 2012.
- , 20, of Concord, was arrested on Dec. 12, and charged with Criminal Threatening and Falsifying Physical Evidence, both felonies, Simple Assault (Personal Weapons), and a Bench Warrant. He was arrested at noon at the . McCormick had a court date on Dec. 12.
- Joseph Bye, 19, of Concord, was arrested at 5:41 p.m. on Dec. 12, and charged with Riot, a felony, and Simple Assault (Personal Weapons). The charges relate to an incident on . Bye is due back in court on Jan. 23, 2012.
- Timothy Sargent, 30, of Concord, was arrested at 8 p.m. on Dec. 12, and charged with Theft; From Coin-Operated Machine and Receiving Stolen Property, both felonies. The charges stem from an incident on Nov. 28, at on South State Street. Sargent refused bail and had a court date on Dec. 13.
- Jessica Banville, 27, of Concord, was arrested at 8:10 p.m. on Dec. 12, and charged with six counts of Theft; From Coin-Operated Machine and Receiving Stolen Property. The incidents occurred, according to a police report, on Nov. 22, 23, 25, 26, 27, and 29. The alleged victim in the case was the on South State Street. The Nov. 29, incident, was reported to be $100 worth of quarters. Banville refused bail and had a court date on Dec. 13.
- , 47, of Concord, was arrested on Dec. 12, and charged with Simple Assault (Personal Weapons), Criminal Mischief (Vandalism), Default Or Breach Of Bail Conditions, and Obstructing Report Of Crime Or Injury. She was arrested at 10:50 p.m. on Thompson Street. The police allege that the incidents occurred on Dec. 2 and 12. Zwisler allegedly damaged a cell phone owned by her boyfriend, valued at $50. She refused bail services and had a court date on Dec. 13.
- David Mason, 32, of Concord, was arrested at 9 a.m. on Dec. 13, on a Warrant. He was arrested at on Water Street. Mason was reportedly wanted by the Hillsboro County Sheriff’s Office for a child support warrant.
- , 25, of Concord, was arrested at 1:16 p.m. on Dec. 13, on a Bench Warrant. He was arrested at the Merrimack County Courthouse. Jones was reportedly wanted by the Concord District Court for non-payment of fines. He had a court date on Dec. 14.
- , 27, of Concord, was arrested at 2:15 p.m. on Dec. 13, and charged with Simple Assault (Personal Weapons) and Default Or Breach Of Bail Conditions. Police allege that the incidents took place on Dec. 6, on Longmeadow Drive. Azzara had a court date on Dec. 14.
- Cindy Aspinall, 46, of Concord, was arrested at 5:01 p.m. on Dec. 13, on an Identify Fraud charge. Police allege that the victim in the case was a male child, that an account was opened with Comcast, and that $520 was spent. The incident reportedly took place on May 1, 2010, on Duke Lane in Penacook.
- Kailey Rowley, 19, of Merrimack, was arrested on Dec. 13, and charged with Driving After Revocation Or Suspension and Drivers License Prohibitions. She was arrested at 6:35 p.m. at on Hall Street. Rowley is due back in court on Jan. 23, 2012.
- Amber Engelhardt, 35, of Boscawen, was arrested at 6:45 p.m. on Dec. 13, on two counts of Simple Assault (Personal Weapons). Police allege that the incidents occurred on Dec. 7, at on Pleasant Street. The allege victim in the case was a male Concord Hospital security employee.
- Shawna Chellis, 29, of Concord, was arrested at 8:35 p.m. on Dec. 13, and charged with Disorderly Conduct and Resisting Arrest Or Detention. She was arrested at Concord Hospital. Police allege that an hour before her arrest, Chellis harmed a employee.
